Hello.

I see that some of beacons emit different namespace and/or instance with each advertisement. What is purpose of that? Any specific use case for which we need to have different namespace and/or instance?

Probably you are seeing Eddystone EID packets. You can read more about them here:

Its UID packet. I am sure for that.

If it is an LTE Beacon then microApp can change namespace and instance on the fly. What code is running there is up to beacons owner, maybe they have similar use cases as mentioned in article about EID. You have to ask author of that microApp.
