I’m attempting to use iOS CoreBluetooth to discover my UWB beacons. I can specify no UUID and discover all Bluetooth devices in range, however, CBCentralManager allows you to filter by a service UUID to limit results. I have found a service UUID for legacy Estimote beacons, however, that UUID doesn’t allow discovery of the new UWB beacons. Is there a new service UUID for UWB beacons?
No, the UWB beacons do not advertise until the SDK code tells them to… to save power I think.
