Do the iBeacon "Nearables" allow for triggered proximity notifications near POI for businesses? Example: if an iBeacon sticker is located 100m away from a my business, can I (the business) get a notification the the customer is close by (hence, likely to soon enter).

Sorry for the late reply! Yes, if the clients have your app installed on their smartphones. Keep in mind though, that 100m range is way more than stickers can achieve. In real world conditions, you should expect something closer to 30 meters.
