I just wanted to ask some questions about the capabilities of your devices using your sdk.
Can the devices be used as triggers? If they are detected by a phone running our app, it can trigger a notification?
I believe this is possible.
If the application is not running (not in th background, but closed) can it still be used to trigger a notification or action of some type? Asking about both iOS and Android.
Also, do they work with bluetooth turned off on the phone? I keep reading conflicting information about this point for BLE devices.
I will most likely be using them in Eddystone mode rather than iBeacon, does this change affect any of the above scenarios?
