LTE Monthly Fee/ Battery Status

Some questions:

  1. Does the $2 monthly fee cover connection to LTE-M?
  2. Is this fee per beacon? (I assume that it is.)
  3. When does it start getting charged?
  4. I’ve got two new beacons coming in the mail. One is at 92% battery status and the other 95%. Shouldn’t they be closer to 100% if they’re brand new?!
