Lte beacon don't connect

Hi,
i try the connecting LTE beacon with developer Ide but don’t connect and i recieve this Error:

Could not connect to an LTE Beacon
Beacon does not belong to your account

Please, you answer and describe you the procedure for associate this beacon in the right account.
