what is the lowest possible rssi value of Estimote beacons?
There isn’t one, it’s pretty much up to the sensitivity of the receiver. For example, older iPhones rarely reported/detected beacons once the RSSI went past -100 dBm, but these days, it’s not uncommon for iPhones to report beacons with RSSI less than -100.
