List of Devices supported for Indoor Location

Today I tried to use the Indoor Location Demo on the Estimote App with an iPod Touch 6 but it did not work and said the magnetometer was not working.

The iPod doesn’t have a magnetometer. But is there any way to still use the Indoor Location without one?

Also, would the Indoor Location work with an iPad Mini 2?. There is no list of supported devices for Indoor Location.

thanks for trying our demo!

Unfortunately, Indoor Location is only supported for iPhones.
But support of iPads is on our roadmap, but at this point it’s difficult to say exact time when it will be available.
