I work in the marketing dep of 2 hotels and would like to implement 3 Ibeacons asap.
My question it’s:
Is it possible to use the app template(send simple notifications) in Estimote Ibeacons or i need to ask a developer to create a separate app?

The app templates are a great starting point (recently, we’ve even started expanding them into entire use cases), but they still require a developer to customize them.
I see you already found our “Looking for Devs” category though (:
