I kill application from background and didn't get notification. Why?

Hi,

I make iOS application which is detect motion and temperature of nearable.
I used triggerManager to call notification when user enter or exit from nearable region and when temperature is greater or lower.
My code is perfectly worked when app is in background but if I kill app from background then app is not trigger notification. :frowning:

Is it possible ?
If YES then What is required to work my app even app is killed from background?

I am new student who work with Stickers.
If anyone know solution then help me.
