Ho bisogno di creare un app per poter gestire dalla mia app major and minor and url.
Once this is done I should save the changes in the cloud .
I can not find a guide that is not able to give me a hand ?

You can use the “Estimote” app available on the Google Play Store to configure your beacons without having to build your own app.
