Estimote Secure Monitoring (pending) NO change

Hello everyone,

after switching on the Estimote Secure Monitoring, iam not able anymore to change any settings, so the beacon is not usable and dead for me now. I tryed everything: removing batteries, getting close with the Estimote App to the beacon. Nothing works. Why iam not able cancelling this “pending” setting online?

You can cancel pending settings in the Estimote Cloud portal. Select the beacon, then “Edit Settings” and then select “Cancel pending settings” near the “advanced settings” button. You should then be able to edit/reconnect to your beacons in the Estimote app. There seems to be some issue with setting up secure monitoring with the android app.
