Estimote app unable to detect beacons

Hi,
We have an estimote developer beacon kit. The same was purchased some time back. We have used the Android SDK to for use in our app and are triggering alerts on proximity. However the estimote app downloaded from playstore is unable to detect these beacons. We have a set of three beacons - and none of them are getting detected. However our app - using the Android sdk is detecting and triggering alerts on proximity.

Any specific reason why the estimote app is not detecting the beacons

Have you logged into your accounted associated with the purchases of these beacons? If you have then kill and restart that app. Then in theory you should be able to see them - also if you have had the setting of shake to connect settings set on the beacon then also try shaking to connect.
