Using ESTDateRule with the hourBetween, and greater or less than for nearables.
What is the hour based on (my local time, GMT, what?) What about DST (Daylight Saving Time)?
When testing, the hour doesn’t seem to match my local time. Nothing appears to be documented about this. I am assuming it is 24 hour format.
