Using Indoor Location SDK I found a way to configure an indoor location using EILLocationBuilder class. Also, it is possible to edit the location map online.
But is there a way to configure the position of bluetooth beacons? Can I explicitly give coordinates to the beacons? Because that way the configuration will be flexible when I need to change it.
Or is it just possible using the Estimote Indoor Location app?
At this time, you’d need to re-map the location (either using Location Builder or the Indoor app) to change the placement of beacons. Could you tell us more about why you’d want to edit the beacon placement? In our mind, that’s usually a one-time configuration step, “map and forget,” but we want to hear you out and make sure we’re not missing anything (: Let us know!
