Can't create mesh network

Hi there,
I have 4 Location Beacon and I would to create mesh network. I have update all the firmware to the latest version 4.13.2.

When I create mesh with “Create Mesh” button is shown the following message: “These beacons don’t support mesh networking. Make sure you’re only using Location Beacons with firmware 4.11.1 or newer; they should all have the same firmware version.”

Also by Estimote Android app the creation goes to failure.
How I can resolve it?
