Basic beacon-fence app REST notification

Hi there

I have NO experience with iOS apps. My programming is limited to JavaScript and Python.

For our office we have a hobby project of entry music playing specific to each user on arrival.

The App simply needs to push the arrival notification through REST API and our JS app will take care of the rest.

What is the simplest way to do this?

I need a basic app that each person can put on their phone.
