Android engineer for proof of concept project

I’m new to the world of Estimote and have what I think is a solid sports related idea. I’ve written a brief and there’s plenty of flexibility to tweak and validate the idea with you to create something that’s possible and doable ($). My goal is to have a simple prototype built by the end of October. I’m based in LA and am not a developer - I run UX, content, UI and creative teams, so I need a dev partner in crime to help get idea this up and running. Enough talking + homework up front will make this an efficient project.
