We are surveying to pre order the AI beacons, but i dont really see understand the application field for it. can anyone explain what the ML core does.
You can record motion patterns, train a machine learning model on them, then upload model to the beacon so it can recognize them.
I can imagine that it can be used in following applications:
- detecting vibration patterns that signal problems with mechanical equipment
- checking and reporting transport conditions (proof that product has not been shaken or rotated too much during delivery)
- detecting transportation accidents and classifying their severity
- detecting if can is moving or stationary and assessing driving style
- detecting activities like walking, running, jogging, sleeping. Helpful with health applications.
- recognizing hand gestures
