Is it possible to set a beacon monitoring range from the dashboard and not only from client side?

You cannot set monitoring range on dashboard, because it is a mobile phone that is doing monitoring not beacon. You can set advertising power from dashboard (but you need to sync beacon after that), but it only will affect maximum radio signal range, rather than monitoring itself. Monitoring compensates received signal strength using advertising power from data packet to figure out approximate distance from device.
