No beacons can send notifications to any application that is paired with your beacons. Your users do not have to have an estimote account for beacons to function. However, your application must specify which beacons to interact with using UUID.

But I’m still confused.
I’m developing attendance application. Assume that student app account have registered .
i put 2 beacon (beacon X and beacon Y) in different class. i wanna make the beacon X only can send notification to student who join the class X and so does beacon Y.
How to configurate it ?
I am also interesting how doing a such thing
