Is the nfc tag range on estimotes more than an inch?

We don’t have an accurate estimate reffered to NFC tag range as it strictly dependents on the device that you take use of when tapping. As an example we can provide some exemplary maximum NFC range values for different devices:
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge: ~16mm
LG Nexus 5X: ~25mm
As you can see, there is a possibility that NFC tag range would more than an inch, but it is not strictly depended on the beacon.
