Issue with Android indoor location app

Hi,

I need to make Android app, but when we test, Android app does not show the right location, iOS version shows the correct location though.

Is there any issue like this? indoor location of Android version seems less precise than iOS.

If you have faced with this issue, how have you figured it out?

Hi Federico, try setting the FORCE_OLD_SCANNING_API flag. Flags.FORCE_OLD_SCANNING_API.set(true); The fluctuations you experience may come from frequency hopping. Bluetooth LE advertises on 3 different channels and the Android bluetooth stack rotates between these three channel every few seconds. You can read a more sophisticated explanation here. I already searched for solution, but I need to make Oreo version, so this might not be the right solution for me.
Is there any advice?
or someone who has references for indoor location app with Oreo version ?
