How to get beacon attachment using swift

I’m writing an ios-swift application.
I want to get a beacon message.

I saw this tutorial, but it shows nothing about beacon-message
I saw this tutorial , but it’s only in objective c.

How is it possible to get a beacon-message using swift?

Do you mean the Google Proximity API? Where do you host your attachments?
