Getting while using sample code of estimote available on website

We are getting error message of Error:Could not find method compile() for arguments [com.android.support:appcompat-v7:23.0.1] on object of type org.gradle.api.internal.artifacts.dsl.dependencies.DefaultDependencyHandler.

Please install the Android Support Repository from the Android SDK Manager.
Open Android SDK Manager

While using same sample code in my android tool…
I am new in android and building a app with beacon, just guide me how to do.
