Is there any available framework for Kalman filtering in iOS SDK/ Estimote SDk or we need to code for it? Where can we get the simplest equations of kalman filter? Which filter can be the best to get smooth value of RSSI at any place at any point?

We're working on adding better RSSI filtering and smoothing out, that'll end up directly in the Estimote SDK. This is still at least a few weeks ahead though.
In the meantime, a lot of developers building with Estimote Beacons do their own filtering. We've just launched our brand new Community Forums—consider posting your question over there, for other fellow developers to be able to exchange their ideas and implementations.
