Estimote proximity localname

Hello,
I want to set the local name for proximity beacons so that it will appear in the scan result. Is it possible to set it?
coconut, ice, blueberry are not local names but I want to set them as local names.

It is not possible to set a local name on Proximity Beacon.

Ok .So is there any Vendor UUID (128 bits)? . If yes then what are the start index bits?
