EDIT: sorry, I mixed-up some thing in my original answer.
Accuracy in CLBeacon and distance in ESTBeacon are essentially the same values.
Regarding the second one, I'll consult with our developers and let you know shortly.

Sorry for the wait! Currently, there is no way to access CLBeacon from ESTBeacon and adding such thing isn't on our roadmap right now.
