Dear all,
I am a beginner in the bluetooth field and after reading some docs, it seems like the AOA and AOD features of BLE 5.1 is done through having multiple antennas at the receiver / transmitter and to save cost in a large scale deployment, is it possible to use older beacons (5.0 / 4.0) and get AOA through a BLE 5.1 receiver? I have not seen anyone mention about this anywhere and thanks for anyone’s kind help in advance
