How Beacon can receive messages from a server to be published to the nearables

Hello Everyone,

I’m completely new to this beacon world. I’m planning to set up a beacon in my store for advertising. But I want to input Beacon with advertisements from a local server which will dynamically triggers and changes them every now and then.

My question is I need to know whether it is possible for a beacon to communicate with a server through web services to receive messages to be published.
