I am using location beacon while discovering beacon i am receiving two beacon details for a single beacon. In that details i am receiving one beacon list with uuid for which i am using and another beacon list with some other uuid with major and minor values 100.

Are you sure there’s no other beacon (could be non-Estimote) in range, broadcasting major/minor 100? 
That’s the only explanation that’d make sense.
Yeah sure, there is no other beacon when i discover particular location beacon i am getting this values.
