Why can't Locly find my Estimote beacons?

I’m new to Beacons, so please be patient.

Just got the Estimote kit. The Estimote app can see the 3 beacons, but my Locly app cannot find them. Do I need to transfer ownership to Locly somehow? Radius Locate app can’t find them either.

You likely need to input the UUID of your beacons somewhere in the Locly panel or app, same for Radius Locate. You might also want to check if the firmware of your beacons is up-to-date.
