Im trying to place Ibeacon every ~5m2 on a 1,000m2 ceiling
is this posible?

There should not be a problem with interference in this case. Beacons can interefere with each other when they are close to each other, please refer to this article for more information: https://community.estimote.com/hc/en-us/articles/202482563
