No answer from Jakub/Estimote team

Hello everyone,

I’m really concerned because it has been quite a while since we’ve heard from Jakub or anyone from the Estimote team. We are waiting to receive a replacement for a defective UWB tag and new device orders. However, it’s been over a month without any response from Estimote, and the last time it also took us three weeks to get in touch with them.

I’m worried—do you know if something has happened? We’ve invested in a technology that I’m not sure will continue to be supported or if something has gone wrong. Have you received any recent responses from them?
