Need help to understand how to set up an iBeacon and what program is needed to make it work

All this is new and a bit hard to understand but I realised that I can use the Ibeacon technology to advertise my cleaning business that am desperately trying to grow.

What are the steps to follow after buying the I beacon to make it work.
