I would like to know how to return the beacons and get my money back. Based on all the complaints this product has too many issues. I don’t want to be another victim.

That said, why not just give them a try, especially if you still have some time left in the 30-day window? We do our best to help all our customers solve the problems they stumble on.
The fact is, it’s not necessarily a simple technology, and some of the coolest applications you can use it for do require a good deal of technical skill. That’s one of the reasons why we encourage people to start at a small scale, and also why we offer the 30-day returns.
