Can't generate app from Estimote Cloud

I have been attempting to download any kind of app template from the Estimote Cloud website (notification, universal template), however whenever I attempt to generate the app it gives me an error message and will not download any files. This has been happening for the last few days, and doesn’t work regardless of the browser I am using. Once I close out of the template screen, the apps appear under “Your Apps”.
