Can we change the app id of the beacon

I want to change the app id beacon, can it possible

Do you mean the ID of the beacon, like “7d3a2f6ce0eaeffc05f939c5a8b4943a”? Or the App ID, like “my-beacon-app-b9w”? Neither of these can be changed, but there should be no reason to. Why would you want it changed?
