Hello you all,
I developed an app for Android. Firstly, I downloaded the template app on my cloud account named as “Notification”. I also integrated the newesr sdk folders on my app. The app makes that when Android devices approach to beacons send a notification to the phone.
But there is a problem on the app. The problem is that app doesn’t work properly on Samsung devices. I tested the same app on LG, and it works splendidly.
The main problem on Samsung sometimes it gives an error when open the app like “Work stopped”. And also the analytics doesn’t change!!
-The Android version of devices are Android 5.0
-All sdk are integrated.
What should I do?
