(newbie) Is it possible to send user specific mobile device information back to a database for use with a different service? And if so, what device information is accessible?
example: collect device id, timestamp, etc... from user and transmit to a database for future use.

Estimote Beacons don't store any data about a user’s device. The only data contained in an beacon is its advertising packet: the ID of an individual beacon and its measured power; these are used by mobile devices to estimate proximity.
